These terms cover text messaging from Cream with Clover LLC, La Grange, California. Our puppy sales are governed by the Puppy Purchase Agreement or Reservation Agreement you sign.

SMS Terms – Cream with Clover LLC

Program: Cream with Clover texts about adoption applications, puppy updates, pickup/delivery coordination and, if you separately opt in, litter alerts.

Opt-in: by checking the SMS box on our website forms or texting JOIN to (209) 764-2041. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency: varies. Litter alerts are up to 4 messages per month. Litter alerts are sent only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. your local time.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to rejoin. You can also opt out by any reasonable means, such as telling us in a text or email. We honor opt-outs promptly, within 10 business days at most.
