- We do not deliver from sundown Friday through sundown Saturday.

A nanny flies with the puppy and meets you at the arrival airport.
What does my puppy travel in?
Flight nanny (in-cabin): a nanny flies with the puppy and meets you at the arrival airport. Air cargo: the puppy travels in a pressurized, temperature-controlled compartment, and you pick up at the airline cargo office with photo ID. The shipping prep package covers the crate, health certificate and documents.
When is payment due?
Final puppy payment and transport fees are due two business days before departure. Deliveries must be paid in full online before transport.
