Adopt your puppy
Adoption Application.
We place a limited number of puppies each year and personally review every application. Not every application is approved. This application is for families ready to reserve a specific puppy from the Available Puppies page or a spot in an upcoming litter.
- A puppy is reserved once we receive your signed Puppy Purchase Agreement and $1,000 deposit, not by who applies first.
- By submitting, you confirm that if we approve you, you intend to sign the agreement and pay the $1,000 deposit within 24 hours of receiving our deposit payment link.
- Your $1,000 deposit is credited toward the price and is non-refundable once you sign a Puppy Purchase Agreement for a specific puppy (full refund if we cancel, can't deliver, or your puppy is found unfit).
- Future Litter: your $1,000 reservation fee is refundable until we offer you a suitable puppy (see Reservation Agreement). Once you accept a puppy and sign its Puppy Purchase Agreement, it becomes your non-refundable deposit.

What happens next.
- We read every application and reply by email to let you know if you’re approved.
- Once approved, you sign the Puppy Purchase Agreement (for an available puppy) or the Reservation Agreement (for a future litter).
- Then we send the $1,000 deposit invoice (payment link). Pay within 24 hours of receiving it to hold your spot.
- Once your deposit is in, your puppy is marked Reserved on our website.
- Pick up at 8 weeks in La Grange, or an approved delivery. We discuss delivery options after approval. Before pickup or delivery, you also sign the CA Dog Sale Notice and the Breeder Disclosure & Health Record.
